Terms and Conditions

  • Membership is only valid at Megazone Dunedin.
  • VR games are standard games only – (no holocoin games or escape rooms)
  • The membership cards are for individual use and cannot go to another person.
  • Members can book online to secure their space as you cannot be guaranteed a time slot if you turn up as a walk in.
  • The payment of memberships will be charged weekly in advance (if not full paid).
  • There is a 10-week no cancelation period, from start date.
  • You can upgrade your membership at anytime.
  • Cancellation with 2 weeks’ notice, after the initial 10 week period. 
  • Once you have signed up online or instore you will be given your own unique VIP card.
  • You must bring your card with you every time as it is needed to sign in on arrival.
  • Declined-access card, if not with member and no other identification.
  • Promotional offers are for the member only.
  • Any offer including a guest pass, the member must have the guest pass to be valid.
  • Replacement membership cards will incur a $5 replacement fee.
  • Weekly membership payments not kept up to date will result in the suspension of membership. 
  • Reactivation via payment otherwise termination of membership.
  • Megazone Dunedin reserves the right to refuse membership if a person overused their membership conditions or the general terms and conditions of entry.
