It Doesn't Include Group Packages, This Pass Gives You 25% Of Any Individual Booking For Your Session. Ie. If You And A Friend Who Wasn't A Mega Pass Holder Wanted To Play Mini Golf Outside Of Your 3 Free Games, You Would Pay 6.75 For You + 9 For Your Mate!
However, If You Have A Mega Pass And You Book In For A Birthday Party Ie Ultimate Party For 8 Guests, You Can Have 2 Guests Added To Your Party Package.
Pass Discounts Are Only Permitted For The Pass Holder, But If You Buy Popcorn With Your 20% Discount, There's No Harm In Sharing The Deliciousness!

Yes! After your initial 10 week period, our memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel or change your plan anytime through your account or by speaking to our team.
Game Adjustments rules
Yes, but only if your group is made up entirely of members or regular players. If you're bringing friends or family and no general public is joining in, we’re happy to load up custom game modes like Elimination.
No, key settings like game time can’t be edited unless you've done a private hire. All game modes—including Elimination—count as a full game, even if you’re out early.
If you end the game within the first 3 minutes, we’ll give you a redo (Assuming time allows for it)—no worries! Just make sure it's a fair call, not a frequent thing.
Yes, but only on Social Sunday! That’s our day for wild modes like “Turtles” and other fun chaos.
During peak times, we might not be able to set up fully custom games, especially if specific staff aren’t available. But we’ll still offer some fun preset custom modes where possible.
If you’re a paid member and your game experience was impacted, just have a chat with our team. If we can fix it without affecting other players, we’ll usually give you a bonus game or something extra for you and any other member in that game, to make it right.

Feel free to rock up for Mini Golf and VR, but booking in advance locks in your spot.

Yes. For Laser Tag , Birthday Parties & Bar Bookings:
Email, Phone Or In-Store Booking Cancellations Must Be Made With At Least 24 Hours Notice
Online Booking Cancellations Must Be Made With At Least 24 Hours Notice To Receive A ‘Full Refund’
Birthday Party And Bar Deposits Are ‘Non-Refundable’ But your booking can be moved to a new date with at least 48 hours notice without penalty.

Yes, we have ample parking space available for our guests. With car parks at the front (accessed Frederick Street) and back of our premise (accessed from Anzac Ave). There is additional parking (paid) accessed from Anzac Avenue, and ample street parks.

Sometimes discount codes are created for specific groups, events, or promotions. If a code is used by mistake—or not as intended—our team may need to adjust your booking or remove the discount.
We’ll always try to explain why and offer a fair solution, but please understand that misuse (accidental or otherwise) might mean the discount can’t be honoured.

Laser Tag is recommended for individuals aged 5 and above or those over 1 meter in height. It's a thrilling experience for both kids and adults. We a limited set of phaser only systems for younger guests, so talk to our team if the pack is too big for one of your group
If a vest or phaser isn’t working properly, we’ll do our best to fix it on the spot. If it affects your game, we may:
Extend the round
Offer a replay later
Or provide a voucher to come back
Our team will make the best call based on how much of the game was affected.
We get it—stuff happens. If it’s a simple mistake and we can fix it quickly, we might extend your game a little to make sure you still get a good experience. Or give you a voucher! But if the gear worked, and the user didn't we might not be able to fix it!
No, We Cannot Guarantee Exclusive Play, Particularly During Busier Periods I.E. Weekends. We also have exclusive options for large groups
